Whether it’s virtual or in person, two people or two hundred, I create and facilitate customized interactive and eye-opening experiences that are practical, engaging and real world.

My facilitation style is conversational and engaging. The content is always customized, real-world, and results-oriented.

Areas I specialize include: Leadership and Management Development, Optimizing Communication, Happiness/Resilience (based in positive psychology), Branding Yourself, Presentation Skills, Maximizing Productivity and Efficiency, Team Dynamics, Inclusive Practices, and Emotional Intelligence.

Coaching

Establishing a trusting and honest relationship with a coach is critical to its effectiveness. I work with my clients who are at all different places in their lives and careers to help them reach their goals and better understand themselves. I am there along the way to ask the right questions, provide honest insights, and share tools to optimize success.

 Areas of focus include Cultivating Happiness, Career Transition and Planning, Presentation/Influencing Skills, Overcoming Self-Limiting Behaviors, and Leadership/Management. Coaching engagements typically run 3-months on average and are currently done virtually.

Having tough and open conversations isn’t always comfortable but it’s what needs to happen to move the dial on your Organization. Whether it’s the required Harassment Prevention training for managers and employees, educating people about unconscious (or conscious) biases and ingrained beliefs, or tackling specific inequalities you may be experiencing, I partner with my clients to be sure they are not just compliant, but proactively creating a safe space where people loves coming to work each day.
