Hi! Nice to meet you. My name is Felicia and I’ve been a results-oriented Business Coach, HR Consultant, Speaker, and Facilitator for more than 20 years. I am so lucky that I wake up each morning being able to do what I love most- helping People and Organizations be their best and reach their goals.

Back in 2016, I left my day job as the head of Talent Development at a major entertainment company and started my own boutique private practice, know today as FZ Coaching. Since then  I’ve worked with companies-big and small as they define and create strong and sustainable cultures, build resilient and influential leaders, maximize communication, develop team members professional presence,  and invest in growing their greatest assets–their people. 

My personality and style may be casual, but my results are far from it. 



Whether it’s virtual or in person, two people or two hundred, I create and facilitate customized interactive and eye-opening  experiences that are practical, engaging and real-world.  My facilitation style is casual, personable, and fun yet the content is always customized, real-world, and results-oriented.   

1:1 coaching

Establishing a trusting and honest relationship with a coach is critical to its effectiveness. I work with professional’s at all levels of their career to identify and remove roadblocks, understand and optimize strengths, and function as a partner to them as they systematically reach their goals. I am there along the way to ask the right questions, provide honest insights, and share tools to ensure my client succeeds. Areas of focus include Leadership, Communication, Optimizing Presence (Presentation Skills), Career, Confidence, and Overcoming Self-Limiting Behaviors. Coaching engagements run 3-months on average and are currently done virtually.

CREATING safe, inclusive and happy cultures

Whether it be the required Harassment Prevention training for managers and employees, educating people about unconscious (or conscious) biases and ingrained beliefs, or proactively creating (maintaining) a culture of happy and engaged employees, I partner with my clients to be sure they are not just  compliant, but that they are positively moving the needle towards creating a workspace where everyone loves coming to work each day.

Culture and organizational practices are not things that an should evolves naturally or put together arbitrarily.  Determining what this is and what it looks like requires intentionality, precision, and deep understanding of what you value and how to translate that into practice.  I’m here to help you through the process.
